By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided during account creation and checkout is accurate, current, and complete. Aventra Laboratories may request additional documentation to verify your identity, research intent, or legal eligibility if necessary. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to violate our Terms, applicable regulations, or ethical research standards.
Ordering, Payment & Account Responsibilities
When placing an order, you agree that:
- All information submitted is accurate
- You will maintain updated account details
- Aventra Laboratories may refuse or cancel orders at its discretion
Accepted payment methods may include:

- Cryptocurrency

All Sales Are Final – Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks
To protect the safety and regulatory integrity of laboratory reagents: All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted. We cannot accept returned chemical products under any circumstances. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
By placing an order:
- You waive the right to file a chargeback or payment dispute
- Any chargeback attempt will be fully contested with documentation
- Fraudulent disputes may result in account termination and possible legal action
This is standard within the research-chemical industry due to regulatory and safety constraints.
Pricing, Discounts & Coupons
Aventra Laboratories OÜ (“Aventra Laboratories,” “we,” “our”) reserves the right to update prices, apply promotions, or discontinue discounts at any time without prior notice. All prices displayed on our website are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment types:

- Bank transfer
- Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, and other supported assets listed at checkout)
All payments are processed securely by external payment providers. Aventra Laboratories does not store or process payment details directly.
Discount Rules
Some discounts may stack, including:

In addition to these, only one (1) coupon code may be applied per order.
Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined.
Coupon & Promotion Limitations
- Coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for store credit.
- Coupons cannot be retroactively applied after an order is placed.
- Limited-use coupons are considered used once applied at checkout—even if payment fails. If this occurs, contact info@aventralabs.net for a replacement code.
- Aventra Laboratories may invalidate or refuse coupons in cases of misuse, fraud, or system error.
Pricing Errors

If an order is canceled before shipping, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
If the order has already shipped, no refund will be provided due to safety and regulatory constraints.
