Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our rigorous quality control standards, all sales are final. Aventra Laboratories does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited as stated in our Terms And Conditions. If a chargeback is filed, Aventra Laboratories reserves the right to ban the customer from future purchases and pursue legal action if necessary.

Order Cancellations

Our cancellation policy depends on your payment method. If you paid with Credit/Debit Card, or Bank transfer/E-check all payments are final and cancellations are not available. If you checked out using Cash App, Zelle, or Bitcoin, you may request a cancellation as long as your order has not yet shipped. Please contact our support team for assistance. Cancelations are not Guaranteed.

Shipping Policy

We offer two reliable USPS shipping options:

  • Priority Mail – Flat rate of $10.53, delivery in 2–4 business days.
  • Express Mail – Flat rate of $45, delivery in 1–2 business days (often overnight).

At checkout, you may also add Package Insurance for 5% of your order total. With insurance, we will reship your order at no cost if any issues occur during delivery, including lost packages, theft, or USPS delivery errors.

Placing orders

You can place an order with Aventra Laboratories 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, through our secure website. Once your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, it will be carefully filled, properly packaged, and shipped via USPS. We will notify you with the shipping details once your order has been dispatched.

Payment

We currently accept Credit/Debit Cards, CashApp, Zelle, and Bitcoin for secure transactions. All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers with the highest level of security. Aventra Laboratories does not store credit card, cryptocurrency wallet, or financial data on its servers.

Account Registration
During checkout, you have the option to register or proceed as a guest. While registration is optional, registering allows you to check order status, update your account information, and access past orders by logging in to our website. It also speeds up the checkout process for future purchases.
