How should I store or reconstitute peptides?
We do not provide reconstitution instructions or research assistance. The amount of BAC water to add depends on your desired peptide concentration. For personalized research guidance, we recommend using an AI tool such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini.
Our peptides are supplied in lyophilized powder form to maximize stability. When kept in their lyophilized state and not reconstituted, they can be stored at room temperature for 1–2 years without significant degradation. However, once reconstituted, peptides must be refrigerated at 4 °C and are stable for only 1–2 months. Always avoid exposing peptides to direct sunlight.
How do I use peptides?
We do not provide protocols, dosing, or administration guidance. All products are for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal use.
We also do not offer research advice or instructions. Our support staff cannot provide any research-related guidance or assistance.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the 50 U.S. states, but plan to expand internationally in mid-2026.
How long do cryptocurrency payments take to process?
If you paid with Zelle or Cash App: payments can take up to 12 hours to be reviewed and applied. If more than 24 hours have passed since payment and your order status isn’t “Processing” or “Completed,” please contact support@eternalpeptides.net.
If you paid with Bitcoin: confirmations can take up to 60 minutes for the network and our system to recognize your payment. If it’s been more than 2 hours and your order status isn’t “Processing” or “Completed,” please contact support@eternalpeptides.net.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 2 days, please check your spam/junk folder.
Delivery within the USA typically takes 2–4 business days via USPS Priority Shipping, available at a flat rate of $10.53. Priority Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $200.
We also offer an Express Shipping option for $45, which usually arrives within 1–2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond the control of Eternal Peptides, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
I didn't receive my order confirmation or tracking number - what should I do?
Order confirmations are emailed right after checkout, and your tracking number is sent once your order ships. If you don’t see either email, please check your spam/junk folder. Still missing? There may be a typo on the order—contact support@eternalpeptides.net
Sometimes, when multiple order emails are grouped together in a thread, parts of the email, including important details, might be hidden under a three-dot “Show More” button. To view all the information, click on the three dots to expand the full email. This happens automatically to streamline your inbox, but expanding the email will reveal the complete order details.
Can I cancel my order? What is your refund policy?
You may request a cancellation as long as your order has not been shipped yet. However, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please note that orders paid by credit/debit card or bank transfer cannot be canceled once payment is completed.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our strict quality control measures we cannot accept returns. We recognize the significance of our products in your research, so we guarantee that each product is delivered in its best condition. If a product is damaged during transit, please contact support.
My package says "Returned to Sender." What should I do?
If your tracking shows “Returned to Sender,” please allow 1–2 days—USPS may attempt redelivery. If it isn’t redelivered within that window, contact us and we’ll reship your order. This issue is usually caused by an address error or typo, so please double-check your shipping details.
What do I do if my package is missing, damaged, or contains incorrect items?
In the rare event that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, or if your package is missing or lost, please email support@eternalpeptides.net for assistance. Our customer support representatives are ready to ensure you are completely satisfied with our product quality, customer support, and delivery.
Eternal Peptides is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once USPS marks an order as delivered. If Package Insurance was not selected at checkout.
What discounts can be combined?
Certain discounts can be combined. These include:

If you signed up for the news letter and did not receive your 10% off coupon code, please check your junk inbox. If you still are unable to locate it, please reach out to us at support@eternalpeptides.net
If you used a limited-use coupon but your payment didn’t go through, the coupon may have been marked as used. Please contact support, and we’ll gladly issue you a replacement coupon!
