Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and our rigorous quality control standards, all sales are final. Aventra Laboratories does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited as stated in our Terms And Conditions. If a chargeback is filed, Aventra Laboratories reserves the right to ban the customer from future purchases and pursue legal action if necessary.

Shipping Policy

We offer two reliable Canada Post shipping options within Canada:

  • Expedited Parcel – Flat rate of $20, delivery in 2–5 business days.

  • Xpresspost – Flat rate of $35, delivery in 1–2 business days.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Placing orders

You can place an order with Aventra Laboratories 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, through our secure website. Once your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, it will be carefully filled, properly packaged, and shipped via Canada Post. We will notify you with the shipping details once your order has been dispatched.

Payment

We currently accept Bitcoin for secure transactions. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers with the highest level of security. Aventra Laboratories does not store cryptocurrency wallet, or financial data on its servers.
